Loved the water sports center, went fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving, had a blast! The restaurant had amazing views and delicious food. The spa was so relaxing, got traditional Vietnamese treatments. Such a beautiful resort, felt like a paradise!
Couldn't find any flaws, everything was perfect!

The friendliness of the employees was particularly pleasing. Everyone was very attentive. The breakfast was very good and varied. Nice beach section.
Very touristy place with many skyscrapers and many people, although we were assured that it would still be quiet at our travel time. We had expected more from snorkeling. Was not bad, but again too many people in one place.

Fantastically beautiful complex directly on the Priat beach. Supernice and friendly staff, who read every wish from the eyes. Two great pools. Great outfit. Varied cuisine in two restaurants.
Noise pollution due to nearby streets and numerous bars in the immediate vicinity.

The spa was relaxing and offered a good variety of treatments for a reasonable price. The breakfast was also decent, with a good selection of foods to choose from. It was conveniently located near the beach and several restaurants in the area.
The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep with noisy neighbors. Additionally, the rooms were quite small and outdated, with a musty smell that was hard to ignore. The staff was not always responsive to requests and seemed disorganized at times. I would not recommend this hotel and would suggest looking for other lodging options in the area.

Wonderful location. No need to cross the road. Ideal for holidays with children and couples in love. In the pools almost no chlorine is felt. (it is important for allergic people). Huge and comfortable beds. Excellent food. Friendly staff. The best course right at reception. On the beach you will always find a sunbed and will always be treated with cold watermelons for free.
Basically liked everything. Well, the only common problem for Vietnam is the lack of two-bedroom rooms. I mean, it's the perfect hotel. But the baby will sleep with you or in your room. Or you have to take two rooms. That's possible, too, but it's already twice as expensive. )))

Staying at this property is an experience you will never forget. the hotel's location just on the beach offers amazing sights and the spa is great support to any business traveler's hectic schedule. There is an extensive selection of breakfast options which is a great start to the day. the staff provides impeccable service and the rooms come with extra amenities like mosquito nets and a pillow menu.
Some of the facilities like the outlets do require adapters just like in the other large resorts.

It was 100% luxury experience! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Stylish eastern design and relaxing atmosphere with personal touch from the first to the last minute. A lot of small but very pleasant surprises such as complementary teapot in you room every evening, handmade fruit candies with a card of goodnight wishes. Perfect staff!
Pool and beach bars work till 11pm, but frankly, this is nothing compare to all the rest perfect service. Plus, lobby bar works 24 hours.

the view of the ocean was amazing and the water was crystal clear. the food was also great, with a lot of variety including some local dishes. the location was very convenient and close to the city center and tourist attractions.
Poor Wi, Fi and Limited English, speaking Staff the hotel had poor Wi, Fi in some areas, which was quite frustrating. some of the staff had limited English, speaking abilities, which made communication challenging at times.

This hotel is a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of the crowded area, with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre and Beachfront sun loungers. the attention to detail is impressive, with staff going out of their way to fulfill any request.
The only minor issue we had was the lack of privacy on the Beachfront rooms due to non-hotel guests being allowed on the beach area. the security was tight, and other private facilities, such as the Outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities, more than made up for it.
